Our Richway products include their full documentation, warranty, and repair policy. We have worked closely with Richway’s tech and warranty department for 12 years, and are always impressed with their commitment, effort, and resources.
Depending on the nature of the defect, the product in question, and the number of years since the purchase, there can be fees to have the item repaired or replaced. The specifics are displayed on the chart below.
